Well, it’s been exactly 7 months since I’ve posted anything here… my how time flies.

Oddly enough, things seem to be rolling out in 7’s for me lately, too… I don’t know why. We’ll see—the perfect number can only bring good things, I’d say. :-)#

I have so much to write here, I don’t feel as though I have enough time, so here goes some of the highlights of the past 7 months:

1. Jul 4, 2005: started work with School District No. 57
2. Aug, 2005: booked flight to Maui for April/06
3. Oct, 2005: started chatting again with Jen B.
4. Nov/Dec, 2005: Vernon & Canmore ski races, including World Cups
5. Dec, 2005: things started to heat up between me & Jen
6. Jan 6-9, 2006: Jen & I met for the first time in Vancouver

Also, despite having drifted away from daily Bible reading over the past several months, partly due to busy-ness, and probably due to other factors, too, I’m back in the Word. This in itself is exciting—the other exciting part of that is that Jen & I are doing the reading together… it’s really neat to learn from each other, and our [very] “small group” is going to be a lot of fun.

We’ll see where things go over the next few months, but this year stands to have a lot of excitement—hopefully I’ll have the time (and presence of mind) to document some of it here… we’ll see.

In case I don’t make it back before then, I’m very much looking forward to my trip to Maui in April… 15 days of paradise can’t be all bad! :-)#
